Presentation of the FOUNDER & CEO

My name is Mathias Niquille, and I am originally from Switzerland, specifically from the Yverdon-les-Bains region. Since the age of 18, I have been working in the hospitality industry, following my training at a hotel school recognized by HôtellerieSuisse.

I began my career in hotel reception with various responsibilities, a position I held for nearly eight years in establishments of various sizes, both in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland.

I quickly gained experience in sales and marketing in ski resorts and then in urban hotels, where I supported and advised hotel owners for around eight years. This period allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs, participate in the restructuring of hotel establishments, and develop commercial, marketing, and organizational aspects, while managing teams (kitchen, catering, banquets, seminars, reception, sales, and marketing).

My two-year experience with the Marriott group in Biel, which I joined six months after the establishment opened, gave me the opportunity to create and structure the Sales & Marketing department from scratch as Sales & Marketing Director. The results achieved enabled the hotel to reach the top position in the local market. This international experience gave me an in-depth understanding of the expectations of an international clientele as well as the standards and methods of a large hotel group.

The complementary nature of my experience with independent organizations and large international groups now enables me to quickly analyze a situation and implement effective measures to turn around struggling sales figures.

Always driven by a taste for challenge, curiosity, and a desire to learn, I want above all to put my inspiration and expertise at the service of my future clients.
