Presentation of the FOUNDER & CEO

Mathias Niquille, hotel consultant in France and Switzerland.

My name is Mathias Niquille, hotel consultant, originally from Switzerland, more precisely from the Yverdon-les-Bains region. Since the age of 18, I have been working in the hotel industry, following my training at a hotel school recognized by HotellerieSuisse.

I started my career in hotel front desk with various responsibilities, a position I held for nearly eight years in establishments of various sizes, both in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland.

Subsequently, I quickly gained experience in sales and marketing in ski resorts and then in urban hospitality, where I supported and advised hotel owners for about eight years. This period allowed me to deeply understand their needs, participate in the restructuring of hotel establishments, and develop the commercial, marketing, and organizational aspects, while ensuring team management (kitchen, food and beverage, banquets, seminars, front desk, sales, and marketing).

My two-year experience within the Marriott group in Biel, which I joined six months after the hotel's opening, gave me the opportunity to create and structure the Sales & Marketing department from scratch as Director of Sales & Marketing. The results achieved allowed the hotel to reach first place in the local market. This international experience provided me with a deep understanding of the expectations of an international clientele as well as the standards and methods of a major hotel group.

The complementarity between my experience with independent structures and large international groups allows me today to quickly analyze a situation and implement effective actions to turn around struggling revenue.

It is this dual experience that drove me to found Inspire My Company, with a simple belief: independent hoteliers don't need theory, but a pragmatic outside perspective and concrete actions that can be applied quickly. My role is to bring you this distance, with the same commercial rigor as a major group, but with the flexibility and attentiveness of tailored support.

Now based between France and Switzerland, I work with independent hotels that want to take back control of their commercial strategy and develop their direct bookings.

Driven by a lifelong passion for challenges, curiosity, and a desire to learn, I primarily want to put my inspiration and expertise at the service of my future clients. I look forward to supporting entrepreneurs in their projects, interacting with them, and building a rewarding collaboration based on the sharing of professional experiences.
